Services: Girly Tattoos Consulting offers tattoo design and application services. All services are provided by appointment only.

Appointments and Booking: Refer to our Canceling & Rescheduling Policy

Payments:

• Payment is due at the end of each tattoo session.

• We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal

• No refunds are provided without a thorough review

Health and Safety:

• Clients must adhere to health and safety guidelines, including not using unapproved numbing products.

• Children and pets are not allowed in the studio. Trained Service Animals are welcomed. 

Intellectual Property:

• All designs and artwork created by Girly Tattoos Consulting are the intellectual property of Selina Medina.

• Clients may not replicate, duplicate, or copy any designs without permission.

Liability: Girly Tattoos Consulting is not liable for any adverse reactions to tattoos, including allergic reactions or infections, resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions. Including not being liable for unknown, undisclosed, or yet to be discovered illnesses ,diseases, and/or freak health instances that may be influenced by the tattoo procedure. 

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
